So we've had a couple of weeks of pretty bad weather, cold and wet, just the sort of weather you'd need a nice, cosy water resistant jacket for, and ours have been delivered into most stores today, and available online here now, just as the sun decides to come out !*@#!. Fingers crossed for colder, wetter weather then.

10/07/2008 TEN (Barcelona)
Well we're back in Blighty after a sucessful and highly enjoyable trip to Barcelona...as an antedote to the mania of Bread & Butter we showed the D.I.E collection at the new Ten show...sited in a dead posh old school apartment...it was a professsional, relaxed affair...sat alongside good brands including Wood Wood, Nom de Guerre, Real Real Genuine, 1937, New Balance et al, it was a good show. Definitely do it again, if only for the catering...'Honey I Shrunk The Buffet' seemed to be the concept...and I don't mean that in a derogitory way...tiny quiche sat next to even tinier sandwiches, they were next to tiny moussy crab spinach things, spicy mini pittas, mini doughnuts, the list goes on...but lastly and by no means least...Mini Burgers! Rey was raving about these...even after eating a record breaking, belt busting 12 in one sitting. I had to wait til Friday to experience the true gastronomic pleasure of these little bastards, and even with a hangover, managed a 6...although the last 4 were without the buns. Er well, thats enough about the fodder...we really should thank Joe and his crew for making the whole thing a success...a big hello to all the new friends we met, you know who you are...see you next season. The installation in situ Me...I think the photographer had got stuck into the complimentary bar, hard by this point...check the stance though...it says: 'I'm in Barcelona and nothing's going to stop me' or simply: 'Twat'.
